To get the best info i would suggest you send mathias of cockpitsonic a email and he can help you out with your questions about the 737 setup.
For computers you have to think for a full flightdeck arround 8. Where you need at least 1 pc on a high level to run your FS on the rest could be just basic PIII with 256mb inter. mem.
Of course how better the comps the more smooth it will be.
