Kann jemand schreiben und was es hier geht: (CAPTAIN SIM C-130)

Dear Customers,

Our main regret is that our most loyal customers who have purchased the C-130 right after its release got affected by that PayPal issue.

We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you suffered over the past few days caused by the 'PayPal issue'.

Most of you know the whole story, no need to retell it here. The bottom line is that the issue is not solved yet and is not going to be solved soon becasue the issue initiator (PayPal) is entirely out of our control. That means we won't get the money you wanted to pay us at least within the next 6 months.

The only reason why we have distributed that 'repurchase' emal is because we thought the procedure will be fast and easy for you. But PayPal exceeded our worst expectation rejecting/refusing/ignoring all your refund requests. Now it is clear, that if you ever get a refund from PP it's not going to happen soon.

Now we do not have any moral right to insist on the 'repurchase', because you cannot get a refund from PP first.

We would like to confirm that you, our customers are our primary asset and we do our best to satisfy your needs. So today we decided:

TO CANCEL THE 'REPURCHASE' PROCEDURE AND CONFIRM THE LEGITIMACY OF ALL CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED VIA PAYPAL

Technical procedure:

1. All affected PP transactions are restored in our system, your old order numbers are active now.

2. All customers who repurchased the C-130 by now, please contact us and inform, would you like to get a refund or any of our products. Regardless of your choice you will receive our next product for free.

3. All customers who have requested a refund via PP or credit card issuer, no additional actions required. If you finaly get the refund, please repurchase via our general online store.

4. All customers who took no actions - no actions required.

We are sorry for the inconvenience again.
