"Hi All,
Just to give everyone a quick update. As of 1600Z the weather server is still down as are the purchase links. Both Chris and I have done everything we can to get in contact with Damian. We have sent him e-mails, we have posted here, I have even called his house and left telephone messages. But there has been no word from him or his family and this has never happened before. So now I hope that he and his family are all OK. There could be a number of reasons for his absence.
So we wait to hear and we hope that things are well. Yes, the server is important. Yes, weather is important. Yes, this is a business. Yes, you have paid money for a service. Yes, we are adicted to FS. But at times like this we need to put real life stuff first and just wait and see what has happened. We will do our best to keep you informed.
Thanks everyone for your support. It have been a vey difficult 2 days for us.
Hope this helps,
Jim

Ciao,
Rainer.
