1.) Hast du schon mal ins log geschaut?
2.) Der Fehler hat sicher nur mit der .htaccess zu tun.
3.) AFAIK kommentiert man mit # in einer .htaccess die Dinge aus. Deine .htaccess wird also nichts tun.
