Man kann auch einfach mit Regedit den Schlüssel

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9.0

abspeichern und bei Bedarf rekonstruieren (oder ändern).
