Well, In hindsite I wish I had never put the rain in the Goose! At the time we built her we didn't know how to trigger the rain so we had to improvise and in the Goose it is controlled by the Cowl Flaps position. I never use the lame create a flight menu so have never seen this problem. However to test the problem I just "created" several flights and was unable to get rain in the Goose. You can also control it from the keyboard using the assigned keys as described in the menu.If you use Control-shift and V it will start the rain. Using Control-shift and C will stop the rain. You can also try commenting out the rain control in the panel.cfg file as follows. That might help.
