How I can retrieve my keycodes and the installation files?
To retrieve your codes you must login on
www.lagosim.com/shop first. After your login you can use "Your orders" menù. There you will find all your orders with all your keycode and your program files.
If you have bought products before 15 January 2004 (on the old web) you must follow the same steps, but to retrieve keycode and files you must use the e-mail address used during purchase.
Keycodes will be sent to your e-mail and the link to download files will be on the response page.
