Wenn ich schreibe das mein Board automatisch HT erkennt so gibt es da nichts zum aktivieren oder ausschalten.

Aus dem Handbuch:

Hyper-threading Function.
Bios shows the current status of Hyper-threading function.
If Hyper-threading CPU is running on Board, this item will
show "Enabled" status. If Hyper-threading CPU is not on-board,
this item shows "Disabled".

Also das Bios meldet nur den Status, abhängig von der CPU die es findet.
