Am Sinnvollsten ist es vermutlich eine XP-CD mit inkludiertem SP2 zu machen (slipstream).

Die Artikel beziehen sich auf SP1, mit SP2 geht's aber genauso. Du brauchst nur die "Vollversion" des Servicepacks (~280MB), kannst du entweder herunterladen oder von MS zuschicken lassen (kostenlos):
