Nein, das können die alle nicht. Selbst wenn man mit der Stern-Methode alle Runways aktiviert, werden nie die 28er und die 1er gleichzeitig benutzt:

"There is a simple hard coded rule in FS9 that clearly says parallel runways cannot have aircraft landing from opposite ends.
To make this rule a little clearer for everyone to understand lets look at the 2 parallel 10/28 runways at KSFO. At no time will FS9 allow planes to land or takeoff on runway 10L and runway 28L at the same time even though these are different runways parallel to each other.
This is because winds effect the base and/or recipicol ends only of all parallel runways and that cannot be split.
When a crosswind AFCAD designer parallels additional runways the rule still applies. If the winds dictate that the recipicol of the base 10L/R runway be the active which is 28L/R then the crosswind runways must also be the recipicol of their base end. That happens to be 19L/R at KSFO. and not 01L/R."
