Nein, Java ist opensourcig, weil es kein gscheites kompilieren gibt.
Wie opensourcig Java ist, weiß jeder, der schon mal eines dieser netten Tools verwendet hat die aus .class files wieder den Sourcecode gewinnen (disassembler).
