Hi FS9 Profis
Ich habe viel gelesen in CaptainSim forum über die neue 707 aber mein english is not so well. Ist das richtig was hier ein user schreibt:

Aside all the excitement that came from users and testers earlier I, as developer with almost a decade of experience, can tell you gentlemen one thing: This is the worst piece of software I’ve ever purchased in my entire FS hobby years which go back as far as 1995 and since then I have surely spent at least a grand on all kind add-on planes, scenery, and utilities.

There are a few reasons for it being surely one of the worst ones ever, but the main one of course is: inability to slave the autopilot to any of the external sources, except for the default GPS. Whos “bright” idea was this? I just like to know… Why the external sources will not drive the heading bug??? Why??? I know that 707 were first manufactured without any reference hardware such INS, and most of flight was conducted between VOR’s and NDB’s, but hey I can’t even do a decent Cross-Atlantic flight because neither CIVA or FSNAV will work with this panel. More over I realize this is a classic plane, but none of remaining 707’s have just ADF and VOR receiving equipment on board and who in today’s day and age flies jets over the low level Victor airways?

This product is grossly overpriced, lacks features, has a few of memory leaks, blurry textures, unreadable instruments, default logic, rudimentary features that are really not useful at all… What is this gentlemen? Is this your idea of business? Do you think you can mislead your customers to make a quick buck? I understand you have to feed this entire “business development” staff that you have on board, but $37 for this??? This is just unfair.

I don’t really have any comments regarding the FDE or panel operation as whole, and could tell everyone else once you do a little of research on the plane you will be able to operate EVERY thing with a certain degree of success. But forget the manual from CS… its embarrassment… Do you gentlemen of Captain Sim think you can describe the operation of such a “complicated aircraft” in 24 pages of nothing? The manuals are horrible.

From the first glance over the panel I can tell that this is nothing more than the glorified and somewhat refined B727 panel from your earlier release. I realize that both of the planes are from the same era and were manufactured by the same company but have mercy…

Well to make this story short I am just going to end right here… and one thing is for sure… this product is about the same type off rip off as the earlier 727 and this baby is off my hard drive until I see INS integration or at least some explanation from the developers as to how come such as low quality product was priced at almost forty dollars when the quality and feature set hardly reaches some freeware product. Believe me I can name a least 5 or 6 freeware panels and models that are light years away from CS B707 in quality level and features and guess what they cost NOTHING!!!

Kann jemand dazu was sagen????
Gruß

Julio
