Rein gesetzlich ist die Lage bei Spam aus Ö recht gut, das entsprechende Gesetz wird in Ö allerdings überhaupt nicht exekutiert .
Aus der EU hat man vermutlich auch noch recht gute Chancen, bei Spam aus Amerika, Asien sonstwo - keine Chance.
