bei flightsim.com gibts ein File mit Namen dynamic.zip. Das ist eine Zusammenstellung von Richard McMaster einer Reihe von "alten" Utilities, die sowas ermoeglichen:
"FS2002 and FS2004. There has been quite a bit of discussion on the FS2004 forum about AI ships and animating API's. This ZIP file is a collection of freeware programs I have downloaded from various sites that will animate static scenery such as ships and motor vehicles. The animations I created for FS2002 also work in FS9. Give them a try and upload your creations for the rest of us to enjoy. All the files are in their original packed zips and acknowledge the original authors."
