The morse idents are turned on/off by the following keystrokes
 
ctrl+1 = VOR 1
ctrl+2 = VOR 2
ctrl+3 = marker beacon ident on/off
ctrl+4 = DME 1
ctrl+5 = ADF1
 
It cannot be done via the mouse.
