Du meinst mit einloggen wohl das Webinterface.
"Warning modem is down" ist vermutlich nicht normal, sonst wär's keine Warnung
schau mal am Modem, welche Led's leuchten (PWR, Line Sync & Lan sollten grün leuchten)
Ansonsten schau ob die Konfiguration ähnlich aussieht wie meine (vier Beiträge vorher)
