ich habe gerade die cfg etwas verändert und schon steht Hapag Lloyd 738 mit Winglets da

Also:
du kopierts den Ordner "texture.HL" aus dem Ordner "PMDG737-800" in den Ordner "PMDG737-800-Winglets". Dann öffnest du die Aircraft.cfg der Winglet-Version und fügst folgendes hinzu:
