We have altered the rules for access to the library system. In the past, we allowed 600 simultaneous users who could connect using three simultaneous port openings - that is, 1800 simultaneous ports open. Today, we have changed that to 200 simultaneous users and limited them to 2 simultaneous connections - or 400 ports open. So, when you use DAP or another multiple download "accelerator" now, it will only be allowed to open two ports at any one log on. If you are user 201 attempting to download, you may have to wait until one the earlier downloaders are finished. We apologize for this, but to be fair to all, we needed to better manage the resources until such time as we can bring our new library server online.
