Fairerweise sollte ich hinzufügen, dass sich das Ganze auf der Aerosoft Shop Seite freundlicher liest. Und dass niemand sagen kann, vorher von nichts gewusst zu haben. Der zitierte Absatz steht in den FAQs - nicht gerade ins Auge springend, aber gut auffindbar.
"The copyright protection scheme is designed to protect your and our rights. The system has several levels. The first layer is the serial code that you enter while installing and that is checked with our server. If the code is okay the product will be installed. The third and fourth time you install the product in a period of 6 months will only be completed after a very simple check whereby we ask you to enter the last 4 digits of your credit card used to make the purchase. This is send encrypted AND over a secure connection to the server and verified. After you have installed 4 times we will contact you and inform you about it. We do this to make sure it is YOU who ordered and not some snotty pirate. When you confirm this we will reset the counter and thank you for your assistance in fighting piracy."
