Hier mein Schriftverkehr dazu:

Now I read in a magazine, that there's a free update. Could You please send it to me? Thank You in advance

Darauf habe ich aber noch folgendes geschrieben, worauf ich keine Antwort erhielt:
Hallo Mr. Philibert,
Thank You for the fast support. But after all I think that it is a very strange behaviour of You to delete all Meteo-weather-files from MY COMPUTER! I have saved a lot of interesting weather situations (storms, hurricans etc.) as *.met files and YOU JUST DELETED them. I think that it is illegal! Now I've lost alle these files and I guess You can't give them back to me!??
Imust say that Your behaviour is reported and discussed in a lot of magazines and PC Flying belonging Websites and it is not a good advertising for You product.
I hope You will give a statement to the community in the near future. Until this happened You gave a good support to the users of Your program. I hope, that it doesn't change.
