Hallo,

hat jemand schon Erfahrungen mit dem o.g. Airport. Speziell wie sind die Frames?

Und dann muß ich mir mal Luft machen. Ich habe mir letztes Jahr für den FS9 von o.g. Firma den Gatwick Airport gekauft. Leider sind die Frames bei dem Airport ja mehr als bescheiden. Aber naja... Jetzt wollte ich mir auch das erste Update installieren und finde in der Readme folgenden Text dazu:

for users that use default traffic:
--->put the file "AF2_EGKK_default.bgl" into Gatwick 2004\scenery\
for users that use custom AI traffic (not OSS) (e.g "Ultimate traffic" or "ProjectAI"):
--->put the file "AF2_EGKK_custom.bgl" into Gatwick 2004\scenery\
for OSS AI users:
--->put the file "AF2_EGKK_custom.bgl" into Gatwick 2004\scenery\
--->backup the files "Traffic030409.bgl" and "traffic030528.bgl". (located in FS2004\scenery\world\scenery\)
--->run Ttools (in this file, check Readme_TToolz to see how that works).
Decompile the files "Traffic030409.bgl" and "traffic030528.bgl".
Open the 2 flightplansXXX.txt files, delete all lines that contain "EGKK".
(use the search option in notepad), then save and recompile.
--->paste the file "TrafficOSS.bgl" into the folder FS2004\scenery\world\scenery\
--->the aircraft have to be pasted into FS2004\aircraft\

Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren Informatiker und arbeite als Programmierer. Von meinen programmierter Software liefert mein Arbeitgeber ca. 20.000 CD pro Jahr aus. Wenn ich sowas rausgeben würde könnte ich meinen Schreibtisch leer machen und hätte anschließend viel Freizeit.

Nicht alle User stecken so tief in der Materie drin. Ich finde soetwas als Zumutung und bei einem Preis von $25 für einen Airport als Frechheit. Mann, mann, mann was denken sich solche Leute???
