Das ist zu 99% ein Virus. Wenn ein Anhang dranhängt dann lösch die Mail.
An und für sich dürfte man mit mp3 up&downloads gegen das Urheberrecht verstoßen, das ist aber zumindest in Österreich noch nicht ausjudiziert. Im Moment gilt in Ö noch: wo kein Kläger da kein Richter.
