As far as i know ALL 1.4 Durons are using 133 Mhz FSB bus. It's amazing processor, i could increase FSB speed to 150 Mhz, and the processor still runs much cooler than previous Duron 1000 Mhz (K7S5A v1.0, 256 MB PC133 memory).
I have read that this new Duron can easily reach 1.8 - 2 GHz on the motherboard which supports multiplier change and/or higher FSB speeds.
