This summer had one sequel after another piling up one on top of another, and the competition is canibalizing them. And my fingers are still crossed for POTC, which will NOT open huge, like the May hits did, but because of the kid and female appeal should have better legs then they did.
I find it a little amazing that not one high profile comedy has been offered since Bruce Almighty and Finding Nemo. (Until, that is Legally Blond II appeared.) Unfortunately, Legally Blond II is proving to be dominated by sequelitis, rather then benefiting from this years comedy bonanza.
Want to bet that Hollywood execs are scratching there heads and ordering new comedy scripts even as we speak? (That, and trying to recruit Pixar )

I es ein bisschen erstaunlich finden dass nicht eine hohe Seitenansichtenkomödie seit Bruce Almighty und Finding Nemo angeboten worden ist. (Bis, ist das Gesetzlich Blondes II erschien.) Leider erweist man sich, dass Gesetzlich Blondes II von sequelitis dominiert wird, ziemlich dann von diesem Jahreskomödienboom profitierend.
