Hast du auch

AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps

in der Konfigurationsdatei von Apache angegeben?

Eventuell würde ich gleich Nusphere SQL www.nusphere.com installieren. Das ist ein vorkonfigurierter Apache mit mod_perl, PHP4, MySQL und PHPMyAdmin.
