hallo allerseits!

folgende frage: mit welcher software macht ihr eure dokumentationen? mein damit nicht word um einen artikel zu schreiben und abzuheften sondern eine doku die für mehrere leute zugänglich sein sollte, eine berechtigungseinstufung bietet und volltextsuche bzw. verlinkung usw. unterstützt.

lotus notes is hervorragend dafür geeignet

Gleich in HTML, oder mit Adobe Acrobat (Lotus Notes ist zwar wie dafür geschaffen, benötigt aber in der Umgebung einen Server und Clients).

Nicht unbedingt, Du kannst den Domino-Server auch als Server für Web-Clients verwenden.

tja - lotus haben wir nicht - werden wir dafür aber auch nicht extra einrichten fürcht ich.

in html etwas selberzustricken ist mit zeitaufwand verbunden. gibts da nicht schon fertige software dafür?
