nf7 bios Update Problem

Hi!
Wollte bei meinen Mainboard Abit NF7 ein Bios Update machen (von 1.6 auf 1.8)
Nach dem Update scheinbar alles in Ordnung aber sobald Win Xp den Desktop anzeigt friert alles ein. Im Bios Standartoptionen laden hat auch nichts geholfen. Ich hab jetzt wieder Bios 1.6 drauf und alles funktioniert wieder, hat jemand die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht oder eine Lösung, sonst warte ich bis das nächste Biosupdate rauskommt.

a.) Bios Updaten (DOS-Disk) -> Abgesichert starten -> reboot -> normal Boot

b.) Gerätemanager: IDE-Controller; und Andere System-Driver (Power,...) löschen -> Bios Update (DOS-Disk) -> abgesichert booten -> reboot -> normal Booten + automatisches Driver install

ps: sieh mal bei der Beschreibung nach, was alles von Version 1.6 auf 1.8 geändert wurde. (*Link posten*)

Change the write-protection mechanism of Flash ROM programming.
Support Thorton, Throughbred, Barton 2600+ CPU.
The default value on DRAM Ration changes to "Auto".
Added "CPU Disconnect Function"option on chipset to turn on/off C1 disconnect.
The CPU frequency 1917Mhz revised to 1916MHz.
DMI Pool data shows to"socket A".
The default value of "Memory Timing" revises to "Optimal".
Fix the problem that system can not detect USB Device under WinME while resume from S3,S4 mode, and lead to usb connector failed.
Fix system can not show fan speed in PC Health Status while using lower speed FAN.
Add "IDE Bus Master" function to improve transfer speed of GHOST, and default value set up to disabled.
Fix the problem while disabled"IDE Controller", and truned off IDE Controller, it would fail to share IRQ 14, 15;thus, IDE Controller
would NOT be turned off, it would show "IDE Controller"IRQ to be "NA" in PCI list.
Provides "AGP aperture size" option for NF7-M, while use on chip VGA.

Da sind viele neue Features & Einstellungen dabei, also gehe mal nach b) (siehe oben vor)

Hat etwas lange gedauert, aber jetzt funktionierts.
Habe Bios 1.9 geflasht (auch eingefroren).
Den Fehler konnte ich beheben indem ich im Abgesicherten Modus alle Audiogeräte entfernt habe. Nach einem Neustart und dem Installieren der Nforce Treiber hat wieder alles normal funktioniert.

Soeben bemerkt, das im selben Monat eine 2.2 vers. von Abit herausgekommen ist. ABIT
