DDM 427 setup with fsbus and NAV1 question

Hi cockpitbuilders,

I've made the redec print(with 2 4011 & 1 4066) with the ddm 427 rotary, connected it to the key print and try to setup it with a 7-segment display and fsbus:mad:. Can someboby explane step by step how to setup this in fsbus, for example with NAV1?

Many thanks

Jan 737.

Hi Jan!

Somehow I must have missed this thread. Sorry for that.

I don't understand exactly what you want to know ... could you give a more precise description of what you're trying to do?
Please be a little more specific - everybody would be glad to help ya!

Hi Alex,

I like to know how to setup this on the rotary-/7segment- and fswrite tab (values for mul/div/min/max/options etc.)so that I can incr./decr. the value with 25 KHz. from 108.00 to 118.00 and backwards.

I can make it from 108.00 to 118.00 but somtimes I have to turn the rotary clockwise or/and ccw to increase the value???

Maybe it's easyer in version 2.0

Regards Jan.

Hi,

i still have tested and fine tuned the NAV section for Version2. I am very satisfied with it. Configuration will be included in sample setup files. You only need to define the controller id's.

Don't waste your time any longer by trying to find the right setup for v1.

Q: what happens in a real NAV display is there a wrap around from 117.875 to 108.000 or does it lock at the min or max values ???

regards Dirk

Hi Dirk,

Ciao

It wraps around, just like COM.
