suche c programm ( zum programmieren )

hallo ,
ich suche ein programm womit ich C programmieren kann .Nur freeware tools. und gibt es irgendwo tutorials wie ich C lernen kann ? sowas wie selfhtml bei html ????

Lcc-Win32 ist zum Empfehlen!!!
I komm mit ihm um einiges besser, als der MS-Visual C/C++ zurecht.
