Problem mit Full-Duplex

Ich hab ein Problem mit dem Full-Duplex Mode einer bzw. zweier NICs mit Realtek Chip.
Obwohl ich mit dem mii-tool auf FullDuplex umgestellt habe gibt er mit immer noch Half Duplex aus, und noch dazu 10MBit, was nicht stimmen kann.
