PCI-Graka mit guter Linux-Unterstützung
 

Matrox, ATI oder NVidia?
Ich würde momentan zu einer Matrox tendieren, habe aber keine Ahnung wie gut die Linux-Unterstützung ist.
3D-Beschleunigung ist nicht entscheidend, sollte aber doch vorhanden sein.

g550 die einzige Karte mit der ich unter Linux Dualhead
einsetzen konnte.

g200 jetzt g400 hat bei mir von SuSE 6.4 -> 8.1 immer problemlos funktioniert.

sollte, lt nvidia-seite, auch kein problem sein, konfig-anleitung ist dort auch vorhanden (hab mir aber bis jetzt noch keine zeit genommen es zu probieren).
