Für P4 2Ghz mit onboard LAN, VGA und SCSI Raid controller

mit SCSI onBoard wirds nix spielen. Außerdem gibts keine "echten" Serverboards fürn P4. Es gibt auch keinen eigens für Server entwickelten Chipsatz für P4s - so wies zB den Serverworks beim P3 gegeben hat.
Entweder du nimmst einen Dual Xeon (was aber preislich etwas heftig ist) oder zB das Asusboard mit Sound und LAN onboard und kaufst noch eine SCSI Karte dazu.
Viel mehr Möglichkeiten seh ich eigentlich nicht. :(

Tyan hat sowas auch nicht ?

auf onboard scsi würde ich wenn möglich verzichten, bei nem defekt bekommst nach ~2 jahren kaum ein ersatztboard => längere ausfallzeiten.

lan und vga sind recht einfach zu ersetzten, scsi nur wenns chipsatz paßt.

Also ich hab beim Geizhals keins gefunden. Es gibt dort auch nur ein Tyan Board - und des is mit an VIA Chipset und mit nix onboard. (DDR)

würd einen scsi controller als pci karte nehmen, die sind generell schneller als die onboard dinger...

das board das LLR vorgeschlagen hat, schaut wirklich nicht schlecht aus...

da gibts was: Vga, Lan on board, ausserdem U160 2channel raid controller

Nachteil: Intel845 Chipsatz ( SDRAM ! )

Auf AMD Basis hat Tyan was, die Thunder K7(X) Serie...
Ist Dual (kommt bei AMD aber nicht so teuer ;))
