- alle Saitek Geräte abklemmen
- Neustart
- Installation starten. Geräte erst wieder anklemmen wenn bei Neuinstallation dazu aufgefordert!

When you have got this update and installed it you must browse to the C:\Program Files\Saitek\Drivers\Inf directory on your hard disk, right click on the SaiE2.sys file and copy it. Now browse to your C:\Windows\System32\Drivers directory and paste it in there.

Now all you need to do is run the Dashconv.exe file from the C:\Program Files\Saitek\Drivers directory and follow the onscreen instructions. The Dash must be plugged in and working (i.e. you must have the programming software installed and the Dash 2 icon in your systray next to the clock) before running this though. At the point where it gives you the two choices of configuration for the Dash, choose to enable it as a 37 button device and continue. Your buttons should then work once you have finished doing that process.

das hört sich ziemlich kompliziert an. Und funktioniert der JS und die Buttons nach diesem Installationsaufwand ???

Kompliziert ist nur die Aktualisierung des PC Dash, das x45 ist in 2 Minuten installiert und läuft (hier auf XP) einwandfrei...

Wer hat Erfahrung mit Saitek PCDash1 unter XP??
 

Hallo Simmer,

hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem Saitek PCDash 1 unter XP. Treiber gibt es nur für W98 / ME. Für XP / 2000 habe ich nichts gefunden.

Meiner Ansicht nach sollten eigentlich keine Treiber von Nöten sein, denn das Ding wird doch zwischen Keyboard und Rechner eingeschleift. Es ist im Prinzip eigentlich ein programmierbares Keyboard. Und wenn einmal programmiert, sollte es eigentlich auch unter XP laufen.
Zum Prgrammieren mag es durchaus nötig sein irgendwelche Treiber für das Programmierprogramm zu installieren. Das wäre kein Problem. Aber betreiben will ich es unter XP.

Ist das so oder liege ich da falsch?

Bitte um Info.

Schau doch mal auf dem Saiktek Supportboard nach, ich meine da wäre letztens mal was gewesen.
