LOTR: Special Extended Edition
 

June 07, 2002 - Today we are finally able to bring you the full specs for the November 12th release of the four-disc extended edition of The Fellowship of the Ring, which does not include any of the extras from the two-disc set that will be released in August.

Discs One and Two will contain the new 208-minute cut of the film in addition to:

ich schätz mal (b)

Keine, ich warte bis alle Filme draussen sind und kaufe mir die Triologie in einer Box.

der echte fan wird sich wohl beide kaufen. die extended version enhält den original-cut ja nicht und auch bei den specials soll es so gut wie keine überschneidungen geben. gott sei dank, gibt's so wenig gute filme (filme die man auf dvd bräucht) - da kann man sich sowas schon mal leisten. :D

naja, da sie (angeblich) komplett unterschiedliche making-ofs/dokus/interviews etc. draufpacken is es nicht die "übliche" doppelte abzocke. dadurch is es eher (sowas in der richtung hat der peter jackson in einem interview gesagt) einfach ein bonus-goodie für echte fans. auf die reguläre dvd können sie nicht soviel klumpat packen (zu teuer und den durchschnittsmenschen interessiert's nicht in dem maße) - die fans wollen aber möglichst alles. die reguläre fassung is also für otto normalverbraucher gedacht - die extended version für die die-hards. sofern sie wirklich anderes material auf die bonus-discs hauen is das ein ganz fairer deal, find ich.

also bis auf die komplette Trilogie warten darauf hab ich glaub ich keine Lust... und wer weiss welche Fassungen dort oben sein werden.. vielleicht gibts ja dann auch noch eine Extendend Version Box.....

aber die 2er UND 4er Box ist mir dann doch ein bisserl zu viel... eher die 2er ausborgen und die 4er kaufen...

nur ob die echt im november rauskommt - wäre a bissi komisch
