VGA auf Video basteln?

hab am Notebook leider keinen TV Out. Dafür gibts bereits Boxen welche das VGA Signal dementsprechend aufbereiten....

kann man sich sowas auch selber basteln?

Najo, die Qualität soll aber scheiße sein. (VGA => Video).
