Hilfe mit WIN 98
 

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe ein Problem mit WIN98.

Und zwar sagt es mir beim Start das es folgende dateien nicht findet:

vnetsup.vxd
vredir.vxd
dfs.vxd

Danach fährt es weiter hoch, dann kommt der Hintergrundbildschirm von WIN98, dann erscheint ein Fenster mit der Nachricht:

Windows Netzwerk: msnp32.dll konnte nicht gefunden werden

Danach funzt es so halbwegs.

Meine Frage is jetzt ob jemand weis in welchen Ordner diese Dateien gehören?
Denn es müsste doch möglich sein diese Dateien vom der CD in den jeweiligen Ordner auf der Platte zu kopieren, oder etwa nicht?

die gehören zur Netzwerkstruktur..
hatte auch mal dasselbe Problem...

probiers so:

: SOLUTION FOR ERROR MESSAGES ABOUT THESE FILES: dfs.vxd, vredir.vxd, and msnp32.dll (WINDOWS 98).

: DFS.VXD, VREDIR.VXD:

: "Start" Menu > "Run" and type in sfc. This starts the "System file checker".
: Select the "extract one file" option.
: Type in the name of the first file you are missing (with the .vxd extension) and press "start".
: A window will appear with the destination and source paths requested. Type in :\win98 for the source and C:\windows\system for the destination.
: Repeat the process again substituting C:\windows\system\vmm32 for the destination path.
: Do this for every file reported missing.

: MSNP32.DLL:

: "Start" Menu > "Configurations"/"Settings" > "Control Panel" > "Network" > "Configurations"/"Setting" Guide > CLIC "Microsoft network client" AND "Microsoft products logon" > CLIC "Remove" button > CONFIRMS AND RESTARTS THE MACHINE.
: ATTENTION: IF USES NETWORK RE-INSTALL THESE COMPONENTS/ITENS. ("TO ADD..."/"ADDITION...")

empfehle netzwerkkarte bzw. netzwerkkomponenten neu zu installieren. win98 hat öfters probleme mit diesen dateien wenn man eine neue netzwerkkarte installiert.
