Hallo an alle !Ich habe mir die Zip-Datei vom FXPress Server runtergeladen und suche nun die Nova u. Nova Gold Texturen .Weder bei Fsnova.com oder im flightsimmers.net fündig geworden...??Wo gibt es die denn ?? Und wie sollen sie installiert werden ??Danke für jeden Tipp ! Gruß Rainer

Scenery for Fs2002.

Secenery VFR and IFR that it highlights the physical details of the islands as much as possible.

This scenario works well in the version beta of Fs2002. It is supposed that it will also be
correct in the definitive version

Near the airports I obtains 22 - 24 frames p. s.

Content:
Airports.txt Relationship of airports
VOR.txt Radionavs
NDB.txt Radionavs

Scenery.zip Airports and cities
Texture.zip necessary Textures

Warning !!!: This scenario requires textures NOVA and NOVAGold. They can be located in
http://www.Fsnova.com or in http://flightsimmers.net.

Installation:
It is very easy. (Microsoft has made a good work.)

In Fs2002 there is a called folder ADDON SCENERY.
In this folder they are two subfolders: Scenery and Texture.
Example:

ADDON SCENERY
Scenery
Texture

To decompress the content of Scenery.zip in Scenery
To decompress the content of Texture.zip in Texture

This is all.of easy

To locate the airports:

In Fs2002 to go to World/Go to airport/Search add-on scenery. Here they are the airports
of the islands canarias.


What I have made:

To change the buildings of the airports. Control towers etc. (Those of Microsoft are very ugly). To install sea ports. Cities in 3d and many details that they will be discovered if you
VFR flies.

Valuation of the land: A zero for Microsoft. It doesn't guess right to distribute the correct textures for each world area. In Canaries they have put much yellow when the earth
it is volcanic and very dark.

Es gibt keinen Hinweis auf Dateien sptex102.zip oder 202.zip;auch der Hinweis VOD27 und VOD 30 ????Dateien nicht gefunden ; ich habe ebenfalls nach Nova und Nova Gold gesucht - Fehlanzeige unter den angegebenen Websites .Mache ich etwas falsch ?? Gruß Rainer

Ich habe dieses Gebiet auch installiert in einen zusätzlichen Ordner Canary unter Addon Scenery.
In dessen Texture-Ordner habe ich zusätzlich installiert die Dateien
NovaGT1
NovaTxt1
NovaTxt2
NovaTxt3
von www.fsnova.com oder fsfreeware.com.
Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich allerdings auch nicht so besonders zufrieden. Ich denke mal, die Texturen beim FS2000 waren detaillierter, es sei denn, ich habe ein schlechtes Gedächtnis.
Mich würde mal der Screenshot eines aussagefähigen Gebietes interessieren.

Hallo Wolfgang , ich werde doch wohl mit dem Download der Canaren noch etwas warten ; Jubelschreie habe ich nicht vernommen und im FlightXpress wurde sich auch nur sehr verhalten positiv geäussert .Screenshot kann ich Dir schicken (sag mir nur von welcher Gegend genau) E-Mail Adresse ? Gruß Rainer

Mit Screenshots hatte ich natürlich die Canaren gemeint, die Du aber wohl noch nicht in Betrieb hast. Na ja, ich bin ja auch nicht so begeistert davon. Wollte mit den Screenshots nur mal sehen, ob das bei Anderen auch so aussieht oder ob mir nur Texturen fehlen.
Eins ist allerdings klar: Ein wenig besser als im StandardFlusi sind sie schon.

diese Dateien
NovaGT1
NovaTxt1
NovaTxt2
NovaTxt3
sollte man eigentlich in den Ordner ...FS2002\Texture installieren, denn neuere Scenerien brauchen die auch und finden sie sonst nicht, außer Du möchtest alles doppelt und dreifach installieren :)

Genau da war (und bin) ich mir nicht ganz sicher.
Wenn ich Scenerien unter einem anderen Directory, z.B. unter /AddonScenery/Canary/Scenery installiere und die Nova´s unter FS2002/Scenery, werden die dort dann auch erkannt ?

Du hast es schon geschrieben. Sonst gibt es Probleme mit mehrfacher Installation.
Ich habe z.B.
/AddonScenery/Canary
/AddonScenery/Spain
/AddonScenery/Balearen
und wegen der Unsicherheit in jedem dieser Directories die Nova-Texturen.
Wenn ich Dich richtig verstanden habe, reicht also einmalige Installation in FS2002/Texture.
