Formatieren von WinXP

Hallo.

Ich will Win XP deinstallieren, aber wie mache ich das am besten.

Am besten von der WIN XP CD Booten (Im Bios umstellen), dort die Platte formatieren und anderes Betriebssystem aufspielen. Jede andere Lösung hinterlässt Rückstände!
