hallo leute
habe ein rießen großes problem

ich trottel hab heute den neuen VIA4in1 1.36
mache neustart und aufeinmal ein bluescreen

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

ich soll die platte auf viren prüfen oder den controller checkne oder CHKDSK /F ausführen (hat nix gebracht , da ich auf mein NTFS system im dos net zugreifen kann..müsste mir eine win2k startdisk besorgen)

hab schon mein system 100 mal mit dem VIA geupdatet,aber heut gings wohl in die hose

ich glaube,dass er den via controller nicht mehr findet
wie kann ich jetzt mein mein win2k wiederherstellen ??
müsste den alten via treiber raufbekommen..aber wie
komm ja net rein
abgesicherter modus bringt auch nix

aber ich könnte die VIA datein im system32 ordner ersetzen
müsste nur den bootmanager abschalten und ich komm rein
die frage is halt,ob das was bringt...die registrierung müsste man reparieren,schätz ich mal

All of the registry backup information is
under the /repair/regback folder. To recover, you boot into the WIn2k
recovery console.


SYMPTOMS
When you restart your Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the
following error message:

Windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or
corrupt:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced

CAUSE
The System hive in the registry is damaged or missing.

RESOLUTION
Use the Repair Console tool to replace the backup copy of the System hive
from the repair folder. If you do not have the Repair Console tool
installed, you can run it form the Emergency Repair process:

Start the computer by using the Windows 2000 CD-ROM or the Startup disk.

When you see the "Welcome to Setup" message, press R for "repair."

Press C to run the Recovery Console tool.

Select the installation that you want to repair.

Type the administrator password. If this is a domain controller, you need to
supply the password for Directory Services Restore Mode.

After you log on to the Recovery Console tool, type the following commands:
cd system32\config
ren system system.old
ren system.alt systemalt.old
After you type the commands, copy the backup of the System hive from either
the %SystemRoot%\Repair folder or the %SystemRoot%\Repair\Regback folder if
you run the Emergency Repair Disk Wizard from Windows 2000 Backup and
Recovery tools.

IMPORTANT: You need to restore the most recent copy of the System hive. Any
programs that run as a service or hardware device drivers that you installed
since you last ran the Emergency Repair Disk need to be re-installed.

To copy the default System hive, type:
copy c:\winnt\repair\system' to copy the default system hive
To copy the System hive that was backed up the last time that you ran the
Emergency Repair Disk Wizard, type:
copy c:\winnt\repair\regback\system
After you do this, type exit at the command prompt. This restarts your
computer.

schreib dann wie du es gelöst hast

blöd ist halt, das die daten aus dem repair ordner selten aktuell sind, außer der user machts regelmäßig mit windows backup (rdisk -s geht ja nimma :( )

win98 hat ja auch regelmäßig eine copy der registry angelegt, die man mit scanreg wiederherstellen konnte, sollte also doch auch in win2k gehen?

To restore the registry

Click Options, and then click Print to print these instructions. They will not be available after you shut down your computer in step 2.
Click Start, and then click Shut Down.
Click Restart, and then click OK.
When you see the message Please select the operating system to start, press F8.
Use the arrow keys to highlight Last Known Good Configuration, and then press ENTER.
NUM LOCK must be off before the arrow keys on the numeric keypad will function.

Use the arrow keys to highlight an operating system, and then press ENTER.
Note

Choosing Last Known Good Configuration provides a way to recover from problems such as a newly added driver that may be incorrect for your hardware. It does not solve problems caused by corrupted or missing drivers or files.
When you choose Last Known Good Configuration, Windows 2000 restores information in registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet only. Any changes you have made in other registry keys remain.

Habe genau das selbe Problem gehabt. Habe vier Tage herumgebastelt und dann doch neu installiert. Sind die Festplatten richtig angesteckt?
Jetzt geht alles wieder, nur zum Booten braucht der Rechner fast 4 Minuten. Er bleibt bei dem unlogischen Spruch "Auf NT-Technologie usw. hängen. Ca. bei der halben Leiste und das für 2 Minuten. Keine Ahnung warum.

hat mir sehr geholfen
zwar is das system auf default zurückgestellt worden,aber kein problem
muss jetzt nur mehr die systemübergreifenden programme neu installieren
bis jetzt funkt wieder alles einwandfrei !

das is das unter systemprogramme/backup,gell ?
