Win XP auf Notebook?

Hallo, habe ein Toshiba Satellite 3000-100 Notebook und Win 2k zur zeit drauf, lohnt sich der umstieg auf XP. Bzw. hat jemand schon Erfahrungen mit dieser Kombination?
