Notebook Neuistallation

Hi
Wollte das Notebook von meiner Schester neu aufsetzen (win98->win2000)
(IPC, p3 700, 128mb Ram, Vga: Shared Memory, Lan + Modem + Sound onboard). Das Problem ist nun, dass die Grafik, Sound, Modem und Lan nicht erkannt werden.
Was soll ich nun machen, dass alles wie vorher funktioniert?
