WinXP und refresh rate unter Games

ich hab da ein problem dass ich einige games nur mit 60 Hz refreshrate spielen kann

Aquanox, max payne usw

das system ist WinXP pro,
der rest laut profil config. 3
und detonator XP 21.83
hab leider keine Idee mehr was ich da machen könnt...
