cd und dvd probleme

hallo wcm gemeinde: ich habe winwows xp installiert. zeitweise erkennt mein pc weder mein cd noch mein dvd laufwerk. komischerweise, nach öfteren runterfahren, funktionert es wieder. cd:plexwriter 121032
und dvd:asus 8x
wer kann mir helfen?

Alle Zeitangaben in WEZ +2. Es ist jetzt 06:45 Uhr.
