Windows 2000 Problem

Guten Morgen !

Weiß jemand die Lösung für das Problem unter Windows 2000 Prof. (US-Version), wenn die Sounds und Filme (mpeg) mit doppelter Geschwindigkeit abgespielt werden ?

Wenn ja was ist die Lösung?
