word tabellen frage

hallo. ich habe eine frage ms word betreffend. ich habe eine tabelle mit 12 spalten und 20 zeilen angelegt. In der Kopfzeile möchte ich die Schrift um 90 grad drehen damit ich mehr text unterbringe. wie geht das????

Welche Officeversion? Unter 2007 die Kopfzeile markieren, dann Symbolleiste Layout (Tabellentools), Button "Textrichtung".
