Outllok holt manche emails stets doppelt
 

Guten Tag!

Mein Outlook holt von Chello Konten alle Emails doppelt ab. Andere (GMX, Googlemail) werden richtig abgeklappert und deren Mails nur einmal auf den PC geholt. Was kann denn da schuld sein? Mein Outlook stammt aus Office 2003, läuft auf XP prof und hat alle automatisch verteilten Updates.

Hast Du eingestellt, dass eine Kopie auf dem Server verbleiben soll? Eventuell dies nochmal überprüfen (Kontenabhängig)

Ja, Kopien sollen am Server bleiben, bis ich sie dort lösche. Aber das war immer so eingestellt und hat funktioniert, Outlook hat trotzdem nur nach einer Neuinstallation alle Mails nochmals geholt, ab dann nur noch die neuen.
