word 200x: tastaturkürzel, shortcuts, shortkeys

hi,
ich suche für word 2007 (können aber auch vorangegangene versionen sein) eine liste mit den gängigsten shorcuts. google spuckt ziemlich viel mist bzw. englischsprachige listen aus, ich hätte sie aber gerne auf deutsch. hat jemand eine idee?

für Word 2000 hätte ich eine liste.
