Probleme beim Brennen von DVD's
 
Hallo Leute!
Habe ein Problem beim Brennen von DVD's.
Verwende einen ACER 1642WLMi Laptop mit Win XP SP 2. Der Brenner ist ein LG GWA-4082N mit der Firmware CW02. Es tritt immer das gleiche Problem auf. CD's Brennen funktioniert tadellos, versuche ich allerdings eine DVD zu brennen so scheitert es immer beim Lead-Out. Habe leider in der Forumssuche nichts gefunden (auch nicht mit google). Rohlinge habe ich auch schon verschiedene probiert. Zur Zeit verwende ich Maxell DVD+R Rohlinge. DVD Identifier gibt folgenden Manufacturer aus: Ricoh; ID: RICOHJPN; Media Type ID: R03; Product Revision: 004
Habe die gleichen Rohlinge mit einem externen Brenner auf meinem Lappy getestet und da funktionierte alles wunderbar. Woran kann das nun liegen. Bin für hilfreiche Tipps sehr dankbar.

Dein Problem ist: "PMA update failure" und führt zu: "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once" / "Burn process failed at 8x".

Was ich mit Mr.Google hierrüber an Hilfetips in englischen Foren rausgefunden habe und kommentarlos weitergebe:

-) Nero auf Letztstand Updaten
-) Firmware Updaten
-) Andere Rohlinge nehmen
-) Brenngeschwindigkeit reduzieren
-) Motherboard-Chipsatz installieren
-) Freien Festplattenspeicher prüfen. Wieviel hast du noch? Denn ca. max. 5GB für die DVD musst noch einrechnen...
-) Temporäre Dateien löschen (nimm den CCleaner) und Festplatte defragmentieren??

Was auch mal einem geholfen hat:
-) Löschen/deinstallieren der (IDE-)Controller und CD/DVD-Laufwerke. Neubooten.


Weiters scheint das Problem besonders häufig bei Motherboards auf Nvidia (nForce) basierenden Chipsätzen/Treibern aufzutreten...

In diesem Fall handelt es sich um ein reines Intel-Centrino System: (mehr Intel geht gar nicht mehr als da drin sind)
