Der erste Stammtisch für FS Video Regisseure

So, ich denke es wird an der Zeit ein extra Thread für dieses Kapitel zu öffnen.

Hier sollen Tipps und Tricks der alten Hasen unter Euch gepostet, Anfängerfragen gestellt, Tutorials verlinkt und Eure Videos veröffentlicht werden.

Ich freue mich auf zahlreiche Beiträge!

Mein erstes Video

Video I

Das ist meine erste Arbeit als Regisseur und mir hat das Drehen sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Nun möchte ich mein Wissen durch Euch erweitern und somit meine Videos verbessern.

Aufgenommen wurde das Video mit Fraps. Das Programm kostet 37 USD

Zuvor wurden die Flugdaten mit dem FS Recorder Modul von Matthias Neusinger aufgezeichnet. Ein tolles Freewareprogramm, welches ich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Und "last but not least" Active Camera. Kostenpunkt: 15,47 Euro
Kaufen kann man das Programm bei Simmarket.

Als Videobearbeitungssoftware nehme ich derzeit - aber Sony Vegas ist bereits bei bol.de bestellt (99 Euro) -, das in Win XP integrierte Programm Windows Movie Maker.
Die Software ist sehr leicht zu handhaben und definitv nicht kompliziert.

Für die Musikbearbeitung habe zur Zeit nur
Audacity. Den Link habe ich heute erst bekommen, daher habe ich das Programm noch nicht getestet. Wird aber morgen nachgeholt!

und wie lautet nun deine softwarefrage zum FS9 ? ..:confused: :D

Auf Dein Beitrag habe ich gewartet ;) Schon im Forum eine Kategorie gesehen, wo dieses Thema genau rein passt? :hammer: Außerdem geht es ja um das Videodrehen im FS.

Anbei eine tolle Seite mit wirklich geniale FS Videos.

Ein paar Tipps des Videomakers:

FRAPS / WindowsXP

- Always use FRAPS' latest version: www.fraps.com

- If possible, always capture to a second HD. This will free resources from the main HD where FS/Windows are running, and will give you more FPS.

- Defrag your HD before capturing! Weather you're capturing to a second HD or to the same HD you're running FS. This will also help.

- Try to run as few programs as possible in the background while capturing footage. FS AutoStart is a good program to do that.

- Set FRAPS to capture in full-size, at 25-30fps(depending on the FPS of your final video) and check "No cursor" and "No sync"

- I never capture sound. All the sfx I need I can add in the video editing software. This will free even more resources and allow for better framerate.

- I always capture at 1024x768. The final video will always be in a lower resolution(640x480, 720x486, etc) so unless you're making a vid in "High-Def" above 1024x768, you should stick to that resolution, again this will allow for better framerate.

- In the display menu, limit the frame rate to the same as the one you've selected on Fraps.

- If you use an on-board soundcard, turn off the sound in FS. One less thing for the PC to take care of!

- If your scene does not include any AI traffic, turn it off or lower its density.

- Lower the autogen complexity and lower the visibility to around 30 - 40 miles. This will give you better fps.

- There's a little add-on called "Message Killer" available at avsim that will get rid of the red message bars (brakes, replay, view, etc) that are distracting in a video.

That's basically what I use to capture my videos. The main idea is to free as much computer resources as possible for FRAPS to do its job.

was für ein Zufall :-) !! mein nächstes "Projekt" soll ein Flusivideo werden. Da kommt mir dieser Thread gerade recht - auch wenn ich momentan noch nicht allzuviel dazu beitragen kann. Das wird sich im Laufe der nächsten Wochen aber hoffentlich ändern...

Klasse Idee !!...und danke schon mal für die hilfreichen Links...

Edit: bei amazon gibts Sony Vegas wesentlich günstiger...;)

Ich auch, Du dürftest ja wissen wofür ;) Die Seite ist wirklich genial und der Betreiber ist wirklich super :eek:

Oh mein Gott...ich bin untröstlich...:o :o - war gerade erst aufgestanden...zählt das ??

Noch `ne Frage zur Vollversion von FRAPS...muss man die nach dem Kauf noch registrieren, oder geht das ohne ?

Ja. Ich kann mich nicht haargenau an die Reihenfolge erinnern, aber Du zahlst zuerst per Paypal, dann kriegst Du eine Email...
