Wer weiß Rat ?
Bekomme immer die Meldung : ATTENTION: High Water Mark Notification, total bytes stored.
Und zuletzt das die Mails nicht mehr empfangen werden können;The following is the reason that the message was over quota:

Quota Type: total bytes stored
Quota Available: 5120627
Total Quota: 10485760
Wo kann ich die Einstellung ändern ?

Auf deinem PC kannst du gar nichts ändern. Deine Mailbox bei deinem Provider ist voll. Du musst die überzähligen Mails in der Provider-Mailbox per Webinterface löschen.

In Outlook hast du vermutlich bei deiner Kontoeinstellung "Kopie aller Nachrichten auf dem Server belassen" angekreuzt. Da musst du das Hakerl wegnehmen.
